Alreeman is located near Abu Dhabi airport in the area previously known as Motor World (the land in this area is being reallocated for residential purposes). This area enjoys convenient access to transport links on the east side of the Abu Dhabi International Airport and Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway. Furthermore, the development is in close proximity to some of Abu Dhabi's major infrastructure projects and lifestyle destinations, including Yas Island, Zayed City, New Al Falah, Masdar City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone.

Alreeman is mainly residential, comprising single and multi-family residential dwellings, including villas and apartments that are designed for the mid-market segment and considered to be affordable housing. A series of residential clusters have been established that combine to create a unified master plan and complete community. Alreeman will also include some commercial retail, which is focused to the east of the masterplan, with good access to the motorway.

Public sales for Alreeman plots will commence on 19th January 2019. Prices start from AED 690,000 for villa plots and AED 4.69 million for apartment building plots.

Construction is expected to commence in 2019 with infrastructure enabled land targeted for handover to customers in 2021.

Alreeman has been designed around the town centre, which is central to the development to allow for a comfortable and enjoyable pedestrian experience.

Alreeman will feature a school, mosque, nursery, park, community centre, post office, sports facility, library, clinic, one-stop shop, convenience store, ADNOC petrol station, civil defence & police station, community centre.

The plots within Alreeman’s Development Boundary will have full infrastructure provision and will provide plot connections for the activation of the individual plots by the sub-developer.

Infrastructure being provided to the development includes Potable Water, Sewerage, Storm Water (where applicable for the larger plots); Irrigation (where applicable for the larger plots and subject to agreement with ADDC by the Sub-Developer), Power, Telecommunications and Gas.

Sub-Developers shall be permitted to modify allocated connections, if required, subject to their appointed Consultant developing the design of the new connection and obtaining authority approvals. Should this option be exercised, the Sub-Developer would be fully responsible for the implementation of these changes and the reinstatement of the external right of way to the original condition.

The Public Transportation Networks within the Development includes Light Rail Transit (LRT)/Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and Public Buses to be developed by the Department of Transport in the future.
